Refund policy
THE REAL TALK VERSION
We're a small, family-run operation working out of a garage, not a mega-corporation with unlimited resources. We print quality stuff and stand behind our work, but we can't accept returns just because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.
Here's the deal:
WHAT WE COVER
We'll make it right if your order arrives:
- Damaged in transit (rips, tears, stains from shipping)
- Defective/misprinted (wrong design, print errors, manufacturing defects)
- Wrong item sent (we sent you a medium when you ordered XL, wrong design, etc.)
- If any of these happen, we've got you. We'll replace it or refund you, no questions asked.
WHAT WE DON'T COVER
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Changed your mind - We get it, impulse purchases happen. But please choose carefully.
- Ordered wrong size - Check our size chart before ordering. Seriously, measure twice, order once.
- Don't like the fit - Everyone's body is different. We provide measurements to help you decide.
- Color looks different than expected - Screens vary. We photograph as accurately as possible, but monitor settings differ.
- "Just because" - We're not Amazon. We're two people trying to keep the lights on.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN (For Eligible Issues)
Step 1: Email us at kultureshot@kultureshotstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order
Step 2: Include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged/misprinted item
Brief description of the issue
Step 3: We'll review and get back to you within 24-48 hours
Step 4: If approved, we'll send you:
A prepaid return label (for damaged/wrong items), OR
A replacement item shipped immediately
REFUND DETAILS
If we approve your return:
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
Refunds issued to original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made the mistake)
You'll receive an email confirmation once refund is processed
Replacement option:
We'll rush you a new item at no extra cost
Usually faster than waiting for a refund
EXCHANGES
We don't offer size exchanges or design swaps. If you ordered the wrong size and we haven't shipped yet, email us ASAP at kultureshot@kultureshotstore.com and we'll try to update your order. Once it ships, we can't make changes.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We inspect every order before it ships, but mistakes happen. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Send clear photos
- We'll replace it or refund you immediately
We stand behind our quality. If we messed up, we'll make it right.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your package leaves our hands and is confirmed delivered by the carrier, we're not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery location
- Adding delivery instructions
Tracking your package
If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:
Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
We'll help however we can, but we can't offer refunds for carrier issues beyond our control
FINAL NOTES
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy
Custom/personalized items are final sale (if we ever offer them)
Sale items are final sale unless damaged/defective
