We're a small, family-run operation, not a mega-corporation with unlimited resources. We print quality stuff and stand behind our work. Here's the deal:

Love your apparel or your money back.

We give refunds for wrong items sent, or damaged / defective items. No refunds will be made past 30 days from purchase date. Please contact Kultureshot@Kultureshotstore.com if you believe you're eligible for a refund.
