THE STRAIGHT STORY


Every order is made-to-order—we don't keep pre-made inventory sitting around. Your tee is created fresh when you order it, which means less waste and more awesome. We appreciate your patience while we make your stuff right.

PROCESSING TIME


3-7 Business Days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays)
This is how long it takes to create, print, and prepare your order for shipment.

Why made-to-order?


  • Reduces waste (we only make what's ordered)
  • Ensures fresh, quality prints every time
  • Allows us to offer tons of designs without a massive warehouse
  • Keeps costs down so we can offer better prices
During busy seasons (holidays, sales, new drops), processing may take up to 10 business days. We'll notify you of any delays.

SHIPPING TIME


Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery time depends on your location:

Domestic (US):
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
Total time from order to doorstep: Approximately 6-14 business days
International:
Shipping time: 10-30 business days depending on location and customs
Not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes
Tracking may be limited once it leaves the US

TRACKING YOUR ORDER


Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Tracking link to monitor your package

Note: Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after you receive the notification.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Want to change or cancel your order?

Email us at kultureshot@kultureshotstore.com immediately.

Within first 24 hours: We can usually cancel for a full refund

After production starts: Sorry, we can't cancel or modify once printing begins

After it ships: No changes possible

Pro tip: Double-check your size, design, and shipping address before hitting "order." Once it's in production, it's locked in.

MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER


If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations to get to you faster. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Don't panic if they don't all arrive together—they're on their way!

LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES


We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Once the carrier confirms delivery, we're not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages (porch pirates are the worst)
  • Incorrect addresses you entered
  • Packages held at local post offices/facilities
What you can do:

Check with neighbors or building management
Contact the shipping carrier directly
File a claim with the carrier

What we can do:

Provide proof of shipment and tracking info
Work with you on a case-by-case basis for resolutions

Important: Make sure your shipping address is correct. We can't refund or replace orders shipped to addresses you provided incorrectly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTES


Customs & Duties:

You're responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your country
We can't predict or control these fees
Packages may be delayed at customs (completely out of our hands)

Address Accuracy:
International addresses must be complete and accurate
Include apartment/unit numbers, postal codes, and any delivery instructions

Tracking:
International tracking may be limited depending on destination country
Some carriers only track within the US

HOLIDAYS & DELAYS


Processing times don't include weekends or major US holidays:
Saturdays & Sundays, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.

Carrier delays (weather, natural disasters, pandemic-related issues) are beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you updated.

PO BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES


We can ship to:

PO Boxes
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Note: Delivery times to military addresses may be longer.
