At Kultureshot, every piece is made just for you when you hit "order" — not pulled off some dusty shelf. That means a little patience goes a long way, but we promise it's worth the wait. Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

Give us 2–5 business days to get your order made and packed. This doesn't include weekends or holidays, and high-demand periods it can run a bit longer — we'll always do our best to keep it fast.

Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our hands, it typically takes 3–8 business days to reach you. We ship exclusively from facilities within the U.S., to addresses within the U.S. — no international orders, no customs headaches.

Total time from order to doorstep: roughly 1–2 weeks.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can watch it make its way to you. No news after a few days? Check your spam folder first, then hit up Kultureshot@Kultureshotstore.com — we've got you.

Multiple Items, Multiple Boxes

Order more than one thing? Your items might arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days. This isn't a mistake — it's just how we get everything to you as fast as possible. If you're missing part of your order, don't panic, the rest is likely still on its way.

Delays Happen

We work hard to hit these windows every time, but shipping carriers, weather, and high-volume seasons are out of our control. If your order is running noticeably late, reach out and we'll track it down for you.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If something shows up busted, wrong, or just doesn't show up at all, tell us within 30 days. Send us a photo if it's damaged, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund — no fuss, no interrogation.
